Application checklist
- Completed application form
- Learner’s birth certificate
- Clinic card / immunisation records
- Proof of address
- Previous school progress report
- ID of the accountable parent or guardian
- Payslip and three months of bank statements, as listed on the application form
- For foreign learners: residency documentation or study visa
